No — we're a wellness center that focuses on the health of the hands and feet. Gel and acrylic services aren't on the menu. What we offer instead is care for the natural nail: quality professional polish, gentle technique, and the time the work asks for.

The best path is to remove it before your appointment — we're happy to walk you through how if you're not sure. If you'd rather we handle it, please schedule an additional 15 minutes with your service when booking so we can do the removal carefully without rushing the rest of your visit. Gel removal is $20.

We use Dazzle Dry exclusively. It's an award-winning four-step natural nail system — Nail Prep, Base Coat, Lacquer, and Top Coat — formulated specifically for natural nails, with exceptional wear. Most guests find their manicure looks beautiful for a full week or more on the hands and longer on the feet. The dry time is fast, the finish is high-gloss, and the polish won't yellow. Many of our guests seek us out for it.

Most of our guests come in every 2-4 weeks for manicures and every 4 weeks for pedicures. The right cadence depends on how quickly your nails grow and how you use your hands day to day. Your technician can help you find a rhythm that works.

Sanitation is non-negotiable. Our implements — including our files — are stainless steel wherever possible, so they can be fully sterilized between guests. Anything that touches the skin is disinfected with hospital-grade disinfectants, and disposables are on hand when needed. Our pedicure chairs are top-of-line — built for thorough cleaning and full of custom features for a deeply restful experience.

Reflexology lives on our massage menu as its own session. It can also be added to a pedicure when a certified practitioner is on the schedule — as more of our team certify in reflexology, availability will widen over time. Every pedicure includes massage as part of the session.

For most guests, yes — once the nails come off a cycle of enhancements and recover. Natural nails are stronger and healthier than they're given credit for, especially with regular care and a quality polish system like Dazzle Dry that supports the nail rather than weighing it down. If you're transitioning off gel or acrylic, your technician can guide you through what to expect during the recovery period.
