Our gift certificates don't expire and may be used towards any service or product. If the recipient would prefer to apply their gift certificate to a different treatment, they may do so for the monetary value of gift certificate on the day that it was issued. All spa packages/treatment specific gift certificates will convert to their monetary value, equivalent to what was paid for the gift certificate, one year from the purchase date. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates, or as a gratuity. Except as provided herein, gift certificates have no cash value. Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.
