This month’s journey begins with an aromatherapy steam and skin softening body
scrub that will leave you feeling fresh and renewed.  Lay back and relax while the dry
skin melts away and smooth, radiant skin is revealed, just in time to get outside.



Next, rinse in a warm shower, and then on to a stress reducing massage, focusing on
the areas we hold tension the most. Drift off while your body is soothed with aromatic
oils that will help relax the spine and assists your body in winding down.  Special
attention will be given to the feet, back and neck. Relax the mind and body while
encouraging detoxification, boosting the transition from winter to spring.
