Earlier and later appointments may be available by reservation. When calling during off hours, your message on our 24 hour voicemail or e.mail will  ensure a promptly returned call.

YOUR APPOINTMENT

To assure timely service to all of our guests please check-in 10 - 15 minutes before the start of any appointment. If you are running late, please notify us so we can make the necessary adjustments in your schedule. Depending on the circumstances, we may be forced to shorten your service or reschedule.

CANCELLATION PROTOCOL

A credit card is required upon reserving appointment time. Because we schedule time exclusively for you, we require at least a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Please understand that same day cancellations prevent us from filling your space, and that time cannot be recovered. Because unforeseen circumstances do arise, please contact us as early as possible to see how we may assist in accommodating you.

 

As a courtesy to your service provider & other guests, you are responsible for giving a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any single appointment. We also require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any spa packages or multi-service appointments. Group reservations require 3 – 7 days notice. If proper notice is not given, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.

SPA ATTIRE
Robes and slippers are provided for spa services. Single treatments may or may not

require changing into a spa robe. Undergarments are optional during spa therapies.


Our team provides the utmost respect for your modesty during treatments.

Careful draping procedures are observed at all times.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
A truly memorable gift... Indulge friends, family and loved ones with a gift certificate from Indira Spa & Wellness. Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount and may be purchased at the front desk, ordered by phone for mail delivery to you or directly to the recipient, or for your convenience, purchased on our website. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

PRODUCTS
The integrity of the products used during your service is as essential as the service itself.  We have selected the finest quality products to offer the best professional results, and to extend the benefits of your visit with us, we offer an extensive line of personal care products. Products can be ordered by phone or email and will be shipped promptly anywhere requested. Please visit www.IndiraSpaWellness.com to view a complete product catalog.

If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 14 days of purchase so we may assist you in selecting an alternative to meet your needs. Simply bring in your receipt and we will issue a spa credit toward your next purchase.

GRATUITIES
Rates do not include gratuity (except group reservations). Gratuities are left to the discretion of our guests, which is both appropriate and appreciated. As in all service related businesses 18% - 22% is customary for someone who has provided exemplary customer service.

GROUP RESERVATIONS
We often make our day spa available for bridal parties, birthdays, company rewards or other special occasions.  Let us arrange your day and coordinate all appointments.  Group reservations require pre-payment and will include a 20% service fee for groups of 5 or more.

CELL PHONES
Please help preserve a peaceful atmosphere and silence your cell phones before entering the spa. If necessary to use your phone in the reception area please place your phone on low/vibrate and hold your conversation at a considerable volume.​


CHILDREN
We are dedicated to providing a serene environment. Please join us in the spirit of relaxation and refrain from bringing your children to the spa. Children 12 and up are welcome in the spa when booked for services and accompanied by an adult.​
